Crispy Crunchy Salad with Président Emmental

Preparation

1. Trim the bases from the little gem lettuce then separate the leaves, wash and dry and put into a large bowl.

2. Cut the Président® Emmental cheese into batons and add to the bowl with the celery.

3. Thinly slice the apples, discarding the core and add to the salad with the radishes.

4. Whisk together the crème fraiche, mayonnaise, water, lemon juice and mustard, season.

5. Pour the dressing over the salad then toss together then scatter over the chives.
