Crispy Crunchy Salad with Président Emmental

Ingredients
- Salad
- 4 little gem lettuces
- 200g Président® Emmental Cheese
- 2 dessert apples
- 2 sticks celery, sliced
- A few radish, sliced
- Dressing
- 150ml crème fraiche
- 2 tbsp reduced calorie mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp hot water
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp chopped chives
Preparation
Step 1
Trim the bases from the little gem lettuce then separate the leaves, wash and dry and put into a large bowl.
Step 2
Cut the Président® Emmental cheese into batons and add to the bowl with the celery.
Step 3
Thinly slice the apples, discarding the core and add to the salad with the radishes.
Step 4
Whisk together the crème fraiche, mayonnaise, water, lemon juice and mustard, season.
Step 5
Pour the dressing over the salad then toss together then scatter over the chives.
