Granny Cheese

Preparation

1. Boil the stock in a large saucepan and add the uncooked pasta.
2. Reduce to a simmer and cook the pasta until it is tender and almost all the stock has been absorbed.
3. Add the diced Président® Slightly Salted Butter.
4. Mix in 160g Emmental and stir until melted. Check the taste of the dish – add salt if needed.
5. Tip the mixture into a gratin dish and sprinkle over the rest of the Président® Grated Emmental cheese.
6. Place under the grill until the top is brown and bubbling. Take the dish from the oven and allow to cool for a minute or two.
