Ingredients

  • 100g Président Grated Emmental
  • 100g Président Slightly Salted Butter
  • 200g quinoa
  • 20ml truffle oil
  • 1L water
  • Sea salt and black pepper
  • 1 bunch of chives and baby cress (chopped)

Preparation

Step 1

Rinse the quinoa under cold water.

Step 2

Bring 1L of water to the boil and add the quinoa. Cook for 10 minutes (as you would cook rice).

Step 3

Strain it, keeping approximately 30ml of cooking water in the pan.

Step 4

Put the pot with the quinoa and cooking water back on the heat. Add the Président® Grated Emmental, diced Président® Slightly Salted Butter and truffle oil. Season and stir until all the ingredients are well mixed together.

Step 5

Leave the quisotto on the heat for 2-3 minutes for the water to evaporate.

Step 6

Plate it and add some pre-chopped chives and baby cress on top.
