Boiled egg with soldiers and seaweed butter

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 8 slices bread
  • 150g Président slightly salted butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped seaweed
  • Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Toast the bread on both sides.

Step 2

Mix the butter with the chopped seaweed until smooth.

Step 3

Heat the water in a pan. When the water starts boiling, gently lower the eggs into the pan and cook for 4 minutes.

Step 4

Once cooked, transfer each egg to an eggcup. Remove the tops with an egg topper.

Step 5

Spread the seaweed butter on each slice of bread. Remove the crusts and then cut into soldiers.

Step 6

Serve the eggs accompanied by a few seaweed butter soldiers.
