Crunchy Président Camembert

1. Cut the Président® Camembert horizontally, to make two wheels.
2. In a pan heat the Président® Unsalted Butter and add the bacon. When it is coloured, remove from the heat.
3. The fat of the bacon will have disappeared when cooking but some oily residue may still be there. If so, put the bacon on some kitchen roll for a few seconds to remove.
4. Cut the bacon into small pieces then mix with the shortbread crumble.
5. Spread the bacon/crumble mix on one of the wheels and close it with the other wheel.



You can ease the prepared dish back into the Camembert box and take it to a picnic. This way it won’t fall apart and will look as if it was just prepared.
