Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180° (gas mark 6) Line a pie tin with the pastry, prick the bottom with a fork and sprinkle Président Grated Emmental over the pastry.
Step 2
Brown the lardons. In the meantime, beat the eggs, milk and crème fraîche, then season to taste.
Step 3
Add to the Président Grated Emmental mixture and combine.
Step 4
Once the lardons are browned, arrange them on the pie base, then pour over the cheese mixture.
Step 5
Sprinkle the grated Emmental over the top and cook in the oven for 40-45 mins.
