Rinse and clean the vegetables. Cut into thin slices. Cook on a high heat in an oiled pan.
Step 2
Arrange them on the slices of toast. Garnish with a few basil leaves, season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with Président grated Emmental.

Cook them under the grill for a few minutes. Serve piping hot with a green salad.
