Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 140g sugar
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar
  • 200g flour
  • 1/2 sachet baking powder
  • 100g Président unsalted butter
  • 50g milk

Preparation

Step 1

Melt the butter in a pan. In the meantime, whisk the eggs and sugar vigorously until the mixture starts to turn white.

Step 2

Add the milk, then the flour and baking powder. When the mixture is smooth, grease the Madeleine moulds with butter, then half-fill them.

Step 3

Preheat your oven to 240° and cook them for around 15 minutes. When your Madeleines are golden brown, take them out of the oven and leave them to cool. Best served warm!
