Président Brie Burger

1. In a bowl mix together the minced beef, red pesto, onion, garlic and seasoning.
2. Divide into 4 and shape into burgers. Chill for 20 minutes.
3. Brush the burgers with a little oil. Cook on a preheated griddle pan or barbecue for 6-8 minutes on each side. Toss the rocket leaves in the French dressing.
4. Meanwhile cut the bread baps in half and place under the grill to toast. Lift the burgers onto the bread bases, add slices of tomato then Président® Brie to each then return under the grill for 1-2 minutes until the brie is just beginning to melt.
5. Serve with dressed rocket leaves or watercress.
