Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°.
Step 2
In the meantime, peal the pears and cut them into quarters.
Step 3
Melt the Président butter in a pan and sprinkle over the sugar.
Step 4
When it starts to caramelise, lightly brown the pear quarters.
Step 5
When they are almost cooked, transfer them to a plate.
Step 6
Lay the shortcrust pastry on your work surface.
Step 7
Cut out four circles using the Camembert box.
Step 8
Prick with a fork, transfer to a sheet of baking parchment and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

Remove from the oven.
Step 10
Slice the Président Camembert in half horizontally.

Lay the pieces skin-side down on the cooked pastry.
Step 12
Lay the caramelised pears on top in the shape of a rosette.
Step 13
Cook for another 3 to 4 minutes.
Step 14
Remove from the oven, cut the dried pork into narrow strips and sprinkle them on top of the pears.
Step 15
Serve piping hot with a lovely tossed salad.
