Step 1
Peel and wash the potatoes, then cut them into small cubes.
Step 2
Do the same with the courgettes.
Step 3
Peel and finely chop the onions.
Step 4
Heat the oil in a large pan and brown the potatoes.
Step 5
When they start to colour slightly, add the onions and then the lardons.
Step 6
In the meantime, sauté the cubes of courgettes, which should stay green and slightly firm.
Step 7
Mix together and add table salt and ground pepper to season.
Step 8
Cut the Président Camembert into small cubes.
Step 9
Cut out 4 baking parchment circles the same size as a Camembert box and use these to line the boxes and lids.
Step 10
Fill with the potato, courgette, onion and lardon mixture then sprinkle with the cubes of Président Camembert.
Step 11
Preheat your oven to 220°, then cook them until the cheese has started to melt and begins to colour.
Step 12
Serve piping hot with a lovely tossed salad.
