Président Croque Marmite

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Marmite sauce: Warm the marmite jar in some water until lukewarm. Once ready, mix the marmite in a bowl with the sugar and water.
3. Toast the bread on one side.
4. When toasted, put two slices of Président® Emmental on the seared side of the bread. Then put the bread in a hot oven for about 3 minutes.
5. Once the cheese is melted, remove the bread from the oven and put one spoon of marmite sauce on top of the cheese.


You can serve this dish as a nibble - just cut the bread into small portions at the very beginning of the recipe.
