Président Croque Marmite

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Marmite sauce: Warm the marmite jar in some water until lukewarm. Once ready, mix the marmite in a bowl with the sugar and water.
Step 3
Toast the bread on one side.
Step 4
When toasted, put two slices of Président Emmental on the seared side of the bread. Then put the bread in a hot oven for about 3 minutes.
Step 5
Once the cheese is melted, remove the bread from the oven and put one spoon of marmite sauce on top of the cheese.
Step 6
You can serve this dish as a nibble - just cut the bread into small portions at the very beginning of the recipe.
