Ingredients
- 125g Président Grated Emmental
- 50g wasabi peas
- 5g wasabi powder
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Line a non-stick baking tray with greaseproof paper and sprinkle with Président® Grated Emmental.
Step 3
Crush the wasabi peas with the bottom of a pan. Sprinkle the peas and the powder over the cheese.
Step 4
Place the tray in the oven and bake until golden, then leave until cool and crispy.
Step 5
Break it as you wish and serve with an aperitif.
Step 6
You can replace the wasabi peas with any salted and spiced snacks available in your supermarket.
