Président Emmental Crackers

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Line a non-stick baking tray with greaseproof paper and sprinkle with Président® Grated Emmental.
3. Crush the wasabi peas with the bottom of a pan. Sprinkle the peas and the powder over the cheese.
4. Place the tray in the oven and bake until golden, then leave until cool and crispy.
5. Break it as you wish and serve with an aperitif.


You can replace the wasabi peas with any salted and spiced snacks available in your supermarket.
