Make your own tapenade! Finely chop the garlic.

Put the 5 anchovy fillets, 8 capers, chopped garlic, 200g stoned olives and 3 tbsp olive oil into a food mixer and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
To make it extra special! Cut the Président Camembert horizontally in two places, fill with tapenade then put them back together.
