Ingredients

  • 1 pot yoghurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 pots flour (use the yoghurt pot to measure the flour and sugar)
  • 2 pots sugar
  • 50g Président unsalted butter
  • 1 sachet baking powder

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°.

Step 2

Mix the yoghurt, eggs, whole eggs and sugar in a bowl.

Step 3

Whisk vigorously until the mixture starts to turn white.

Step 4

Gently fold in the butter, then the flour and finally the baking powder.

Step 5

Stir until it forms a smooth mixture.

Step 6

Grease the edges of your mould with butter and pour in the mixture.

Step 7

Cook for 35 minutes.

Step 8

Serve warm.
