Yoghurt Cake with Président Camembert Mousse

Ingredients

  • 125g Président Camembert
  • 300g plain yoghurt drink
  • 1/2 Président Camembert
  • 100g savoury crackers
  • 1 small bunch fresh herbs
  • 1 pinch cumin
  • table salt, ground pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Season your yoghurt with the salt, pepper and pinch of cumin.

Step 2

In the meantime, remove the rind from the Président Camembert and melt half of it in the microwave.

Step 3

Add the melted Président Camembert to the seasoned yoghurt and mix until smooth.

Step 4

Check the seasoning.

Step 5

Pour into a soda siphon, attach 2 cartridges, shake vigorously and leave somewhere cool.

Step 6

Break up the crackers and put them into a food mixer.

Step 7

Cut up the Président Camembert into small even pieces.

Step 8

When it’s time to serve, fill the glasses halfway with the broken crackers.

Step 9

Fill with the Président Camembert mousse, sprinkle with some chopped fresh herbs.

Step 10

Arrange the little pieces of Président Camembert on top.

These make a delicious, unusual appetiser!
