Yorkshire Rarebit

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Warm the milk in a non-stick saucepan. Add the flour and stir (so the flour doesn’t stick to the pan).
Step 3
Reduce the heat and leave for about 3 minutes. Add the cheese, the mustard, the Worcestershire sauce and the beer.
Step 4
Stir slowly until the ingredients have melted together and remove the pan from the heat. Add the egg and the egg yolk.
Step 5
Put the Yorkshire puddings in the oven for about one minute. When they are warm, fill them with the cheese mix.
Step 6
You can use a blowtorch to caramelise the top of the cheese mix.
